1. General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

Prices and Currencies

  • The prices displayed on the site are indicated in the currency chosen by the user (CAD, USD, EUR, etc.).

  • The final amount charged corresponds to the price displayed at the time of order confirmation, including any conversion fees if applicable by your financial institution.
     

Taxes and Customs Duties

  • Sales in Quebec: GST and QST are applied in accordance with applicable laws.

  • Sales in Canada (excluding Quebec): GST or HST is applied depending on the province of destination.

  • International Sales (outside Canada): No Canadian sales tax is collected. However, the buyer is solely responsible for paying any local taxes (VAT, GST), customs duties, or import fees required by their country of residence. Laboratoire Gem Quebec cannot be held responsible for these additional charges.
     

Payment and Security

  • Payments are processed by secure third parties (Stripe, PayPal, etc.). We do not store any credit card data on our own servers (which strengthens your compliance with Law 25).
     

2. Protection of personal information (Law 25)

Data transfer outside Quebec

In accordance with Law 25, we must inform you that your data may be shared with third parties (carriers such as Canada Post, FedEx, UPS) located outside Quebec to ensure the delivery of your order. We ensure that these partners offer an adequate level of protection.
